READ MORE »We returned to the coast near Santa Barbara, where we stayed in a campervan. Here the accommodation was at least as big attraction as the city.The host family's dogs, chickens, horses and cats were a joy for the whole family.

READ MORE »Las Vegas is truly a place of superlatives. In the evenings we wandered around admiring the glitz and glamour of the city center. We also went to see two Cirque du Soleil shows, and Marko tested a couple of fancy cars.
READ MORE »The Grand Canyon has impressive specs: it is 446 km long, up to 29 km wide, and up to 1.8 km deep. The animal farm near the town of Williams and the big weekend rodeo event were also great experiences.
READ MORE »The Mexican border is only a half an hour ride from San Diego. We left our car in one of the large parking lots near the border and crossed the exceptionally inviting border on foot for a few days in Mexico.
READ MORE »San Diego is a city with a population of 1,4 million about 200 kilometers south of Los Angeles. Main attractions included San Diego Zoo, Coronado Island and beaches teeming with wildlife.
READ MORE »Right after school ended, we headed on a month long road trip to southwest USA. We flew to Los Angeles and hit the road in a rental car. Along the way we visited also Mexico and Hawaii.
